SERVICE BOOKING PROCESS
Step 1: Customers visit www.themongvillage.com.vn. On the homepage, select the services you wish to use. The hotel website provides detailed information about available services.
Step 2: Contact the hotel directly by phone or send a booking email to the email address listed on the Website.
Step 3. The hotel confirms the customer’s booking and sends a payment request.
ACCOMMODATION SERVICE PROCESS
Please provide identification documents (ID card, passport & valid entry/exit visa) at the Front Desk when checking in
Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Please contact Front Desk staff if you need a late check-out.
Guests must stay in the registered room; please contact the Front Desk if a room change is needed. Unregistered cohabitation in a room is not allowed.
For safety and security, visitors or unregistered guests may not stay in guest rooms after 20:00. Visitors must leave identification documents at the Front Desk as required.
Pets, weapons, prohibited goods, and flammable/explosive substances are not allowed in hotel rooms.
Please do not bring strongly scented or messy foods/fruits (durian, jackfruit, mangosteen, etc.) into the hotel. You may request the luggage department to store them.
Please do not cook in the room.
Gambling, smuggling, and prostitution are strictly prohibited.
Do not move room furnishings or items to other rooms.
Please do not make noise after 22:00.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of infectious disease or causing disturbance to other guests.
Rooms are equipped with a safe for money and valuables. Guests may also deposit valuables in the Front Desk safe. The hotel is not responsible for loss of money or property.
Guests are responsible for and must compensate for damage or loss of in-room equipment as regulated.
10% VAT and 5% service charge will be applied to services.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY
- For individual guests, free cancellation is available up to 07 days before arrival.
- In case of no-show, the full booking room charge will apply.
Room changes requested by guests will incur an additional change fee depending on room type.
